Booking and Payment Instructions

1. Full payment is required for all bookings at the time of booking.

2. If you are a new client or beginning a new six-week container, choose the “New Client” option of whichever category of session you are booking. This ensures that you will be emailed the correct intake and consent forms which must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment. These forms provide Condor Medicine with vital information for health and safety, as well as specific information about how best to work with clients.

3. Once you purchase a six-week container, you will receive a confirmation email with your proof of purchase and necessary documents, but your purchase will be connected to the email address used during payment. When you reach the booking page, click the “Redeem Package” button on the top of the scheduling page and enter your email to activate your purchase and keep track of which sessions you have remaining. The sessions will automatically count down as you book them.

4. Consultation calls are necessary for any six-week container or Integrative Inherited Trauma Coaching prior to booking your session(s) to provide information, to set expectations, and to ensure that these sessions or containers are right for you. The price of the consultation call is included in the container or session price, however, in the case of Integrative Inherited Trauma Coaching, you will be sent a voucher code to waive the price of the consultation call.
